Special Orders
- All special
orders and specially priced merchandise must be paid for in full at the
time of order. Once the order has been placed, it is NON-CANCELABLE. Parts
not in stock, although listed in our web site, catalog or price sheet, can
be special ordered at the option of Hyper Tuning USA.
Initial Orders
- Initial
orders placed with credit card require credit card verification. Shipping
is arranged after payment is deposit is confirmed. Special order or
non-stock items can require additional time. Credit card verification for
international orders can take up to days.
Prices
- All prices
and discounts are subject to change without notice.
Freight
- All
merchandise will be shipped by the fastest, most economical method
available, unless otherwise requested or instructed. All orders are FOB at
our warehouse. Therefore, Hyper Tuning USA will not accept responsibility
for items damaged during shipping. Customers have to provide their own
insurance.
Refused
Shipments
- Any
shipments returned, "REFUSED" for any reason will be permanently dropped
as a distributor and no further shipments will be made. Any refused
shipments sent back to Hyper Tuning USA does not constitute the right to a
refund or credit. It is the customer’s responsibility to make all
arrangements with Hyper Tuning USA for the refused shipment. It is company
policy to charge the customer all freight charges associated with the
shipment and a 20% restocking fee.
Back Orders
- We will hold
back orders as long as prepaid. If you wish to have back order items
cancelled, please make note on your purchase order.
Return Policy
- We do not
accept return for exchange or refund request.
Shipping
Errors
- If you
receive an incorrect item due to our error, we will issue a UPS Call Tag
to pick up the incorrect item(s) and ship the correct item(s) at no
additional charge to you.
Claims
- All
merchandise is packed carefully and correctly utilizing a triple check
method before it leaves our facility. Damaged shipments should be checked
in the presence of the carrier. All claims for damaged or loss to your
shipment must be made with the carrier. Please keep all shipping cartons
and packing material for carrier inspection. Hyper Tuning USA will not
initiate any claims with the carrier. Claims for shortage of items or
damaged shipments must be made within five working days of receipt.
Warranties
- No warranty
whatsoever will be valid if the defect was caused by abuse, negligence,
and/or mishandling. All merchandise sold by Hyper Tuning USA is only
subject to manufacturer’s warranty, if any, and are subject to submission
to the manufacturer for approval for repair or replacement of merchandise.
All claims must be directed to the proper manufacturers with a duplicate
sent to us. To save time, contact the manufacturer directly. The customer,
however, will be responsible for shipping and handling fees. No labor or
inconvenience charges may be included in any claims. There is no warranty
on lights, light bulbs, electrical parts, and internal engine or turbo
parts. Also check your state and local laws regarding the use of any of
these parts.
Refund Policy
Termination

USA reserves the right to terminate any account that does not meet the
above and below conditions and the conditions listed on Hyper Tuning USA
Invoice.
Communication

- All
communications in either electronic or paper format will be considered to
be in “writing.”
Titles of
Ownership
- All parts
shall remain the property of Hyper Tuning USA until paid for in full.
Product
Specifications
- Prices,
materials, design, specifications, and recommendations are subject to
change without prior notice. All merchandise information presented in
Hyper Tuning USA web site was true and correct at the time of publication.
Legal Venue
- In the event
that legal proceedings are required to resolve disputes or indifferences,
all claims and filings must be made with the Court located in
, California. Hyper Tuning USA’ customers will acknowledge and
agree to this stipulation once a transaction has been made with Hyper
Tuning USA.
